Parent Council has been busy again this morning cooking a wonderful beef stroganoff lunch

Thanks to all staff and students for your participation in the Angel Tree campaign. Your generosity will bring many smiles on Christmas Day to those less fortunate in our city.

Foods 20/30 students continue to cook from their international cuisine and fusion foods project. Today “they wandered the streets of Paris”. Students prepared a classic street food, crepes. Stay tuned for next weeks fusion cuisine recipes.

Foods 20/30 students were cooking from their new international cuisine and fusion foods project. Recipes were taken from the feature film “the 100 Foot Journey”. Today was tastes of India. Students prepared a vegetation curry dish, Saag Aloo and Roti, a traditional flatbread. Stay tuned for tomorrow’s French feature recipe.
